This project presents a premium second residence apartment located within the Wiślane Tarasy 2.0 development in Kraków. Designed for clients permanently based in Warsaw, the apartment functions as an elegant urban retreat combining modern organic aesthetics, soft luxury materials, and refined spatial continuity.

The design concept is based on the dialogue between contemporary architectural language and the organic character of the building itself. The result is a calm, sophisticated interior where natural forms, warm materials, and subtle lighting create a cohesive and emotionally balanced living environment.

Living Room: Organic Architecture & Soft Luxury Identity

The living room design is inspired by the organic architectural language of the building, translating its flowing geometry into interior composition and spatial rhythm.

A beige modern organic sofa becomes the central element of the space, introducing softness and sculptural comfort. It is complemented by upholstered furniture, a natural wooden dining table, and carefully selected contemporary artworks that reinforce the artistic identity of the interior.

Fresh white flowers are placed throughout the space, adding a sense of purity, elegance, and living luxury.

The overall composition creates a warm, calm, and refined atmosphere, where comfort and aesthetics coexist in perfect balance.

Kitchen & Dining: Seamless Spatial Continuity

The kitchen and dining area were designed as an open, flowing composition that naturally connects to the living space.

Hexagonal floor tiles define the kitchen zone and transition smoothly into natural oak parquet flooring, creating a subtle zoning strategy without visual fragmentation.

A key architectural feature is the wooden dining wall, integrated with illuminated recessed LED niches designed for books, ceramics, and decorative objects. This feature transforms the dining area into a curated display space, adding depth and warmth to the interior.

The kitchen integrates modern LED lighting systems, clean lines, and soft material contrasts, ensuring functionality while maintaining a premium aesthetic language.

Bedroom: Sculptural Calm & Private Luxury

The bedroom is designed as a premium private sanctuary, combining comfort, spatial clarity, and architectural expression.

A sculptural 3D feature wall behind the bed introduces depth and texture, becoming a defining visual element of the space. The integrated walk-in wardrobe ensures functional efficiency while maintaining a seamless visual composition.

The atmosphere is calm, soft, and intimate, designed for relaxation and long-term comfort.

Bathroom: White Marble & Golden Accents

The bathroom is conceived as a premium spa-like environment defined by white marble surfaces and elegant golden detailing.

The combination of marble, gold accents, and soft organic lighting creates a refined and luxurious atmosphere. Carefully selected fixtures and materials emphasize purity, elegance, and timeless sophistication.

Organic-shaped lighting elements enhance the softness of the space, reinforcing its calm and premium character.

Lighting Concept: Soft Organic Atmosphere

Lighting plays a fundamental role in shaping the emotional and spatial experience of the apartment.

A layered lighting strategy combines warm ambient illumination, integrated LED systems, decorative organic lamps, and accent lighting within architectural niches. The result is a soft, atmospheric environment that adapts throughout the day, enhancing both functionality and comfort.

Spatial Concept & Second Residence Function

The apartment was designed as a high-end second residence for clients living permanently in Warsaw, offering a refined and comfortable retreat in Kraków.

Despite being a one-bedroom apartment, the layout was optimized to achieve a premium standard of living through intelligent spatial planning, material selection, and lighting design.

The result is a compact yet highly sophisticated interior that delivers the quality and atmosphere of a luxury boutique residence.

Design Philosophy

The project demonstrates how modern organic design principles can transform a standard residential unit into a premium living environment.

By combining natural materials, sculptural forms, integrated lighting, and spatial continuity, the apartment achieves a refined balance between functionality and aesthetic expression.

The design emphasizes emotional comfort, tactile quality, and timeless elegance, positioning the residence as a contemporary urban sanctuary.
