Agnes Nycz-Men is an award-winning international architect, Real Estate Value Strategist, RIBA Chartered Architect, and Master of Architecture. She is the founder of NYCZ+Partners Architects and NYCZ Global — a multidisciplinary platform operating at the intersection of architecture, luxury real estate, investment strategy, and value creation.

She holds a Master of Architecture degree from the Cracow University of Technology in Poland, where she graduated with Rector’s distinction, and from ENSAM Montpellier in France, combining Central European and French architectural education. During her studies in France, she also participated in workshops led by professors from Columbia University (USA), further expanding her exposure to international design methodologies and global academic perspectives. This dual academic background shaped her approach to design, blending technical precision, spatial sensitivity, and a strong understanding of architectural culture across Europe and beyond.

Agnes works fluently with international clients in English, French, and Polish, enabling seamless collaboration across global markets. She operates internationally, with a focus on the Middle East, Europe, and the United States, advising private clients, investors, and developers on architecture-driven value creation and real estate transformation strategies.

Her work focuses on transforming ordinary properties into high-value premium assets through architecture, design intelligence, and strategic repositioning. Combining architectural expertise with an investor’s mindset, Agnes specializes in increasing property value through spatial transformation, luxury repositioning, façade upgrades, lighting strategy, and emotionally driven design experiences.

The foundation of NYCZ Global emerged from her observation that architecture can do more than improve aesthetics and function — it can significantly influence real estate value, buyer perception, ROI, and long-term investment performance. As both an architect and investor, she developed a methodology that combines luxury design with strategic real estate thinking.

Through NYCZ+Partners Architects, Agnes has delivered bespoke villas, luxury interiors, and architectural transformations across Europe and the Middle East, including high-end residential projects in the United Arab Emirates for private clients and investors. Her portfolio includes contemporary residences, wellness-focused spaces, and large-scale renovations where architecture becomes a tool for unlocking hidden potential and redefining market positioning.

Her international experience was shaped through collaborations with leading architectural practices across Europe and the Middle East. She began her career at Ateliers Jean Nouvel in Paris, working within the studio of Pritzker Prize-winning architect Jean Nouvel, where she gained experience in concept-driven architecture, material sensitivity, and large-scale international projects.

She later worked at Philippe Rahm Architectes in Paris, an innovative practice known for climate-responsive architecture, atmospheric design, and the relationship between environment and human perception.

Further expanding her experience, Agnes worked with Dewan Architects + Engineers in Dubai, a leading Middle Eastern practice specializing in luxury hospitality, large-scale residential developments, and high-end urban projects. She also collaborated with Ingarden & Ewy Architekci in Kraków, one of Poland’s respected architectural studios known for cultural and public architecture.

These experiences shaped her multidisciplinary approach, combining European design culture, Middle Eastern market insight, investment-oriented thinking, and a deep understanding of how architecture influences lifestyle, perception, and real estate value.

Today, through NYCZ Global, Agnes operates at the intersection of architecture, luxury real estate, and investment strategy — helping investors, developers, homeowners, and property owners unlock hidden potential and transform properties into premium assets with measurable ROI.
