Modern Luxury Villa Near Kraków – Complete Architectural Transformation

This project represents a complete transformation of a dated residence from the 1970s and 1980s into a contemporary Modern Luxury Villa. The original building, characterized by heavy proportions, limited glazing, and a typical post-communist architectural aesthetic, underwent a comprehensive redesign that completely redefined its identity, functionality, and market value.

The goal was not merely renovation, but the creation of a timeless premium residence inspired by contemporary modernist architecture, luxury hospitality design, and refined material compositions. Every element of the property—from architecture and interiors to landscape and technical infrastructure—was redesigned as part of one cohesive vision.

Architectural Transformation

The existing structure was stripped of its outdated visual language and transformed into a clean, elegant composition defined by minimalist geometry, generous glazing, and carefully balanced proportions.

Large-format windows and sliding glass systems were introduced throughout the villa, opening the interiors to the garden and creating a seamless relationship between indoor and outdoor living. The statement lighting installation was sourced from the United Arab Emirates and serves as a defining design feature visible immediately upon entering the home.
