The design strategy focused on redefining the property’s identity through a sophisticated Modern Luxury approach, combining timeless materials, architectural precision, and a seamless relationship between interior spaces and the surrounding garden environment. Every intervention was carefully considered not only from an aesthetic perspective, but also through the lens of premium real estate repositioning and value enhancement.

Architectural Transformation & Facade Design

The exterior architecture was entirely reimagined to create a stronger and more prestigious visual identity within the exclusive London residential context.

The new façade composition combines minimalist white architectural surfaces with rich dark brick textures, creating contrast, depth, and contemporary elegance. Large-format glazing opens the interiors toward the landscaped garden while maximizing natural daylight throughout the residence.

Integrated architectural LED lighting was introduced to emphasize the geometry of the building after sunset. Linear lighting concealed within rooflines, walls, and exterior architectural details creates a refined evening atmosphere while highlighting the clean horizontal proportions of the villa.
