Located on the edge of a pine forest near the dunes of the Legionowo desert landscape outside Warsaw, this project was conceived as a complete transformation of an ordinary suburban house into a refined luxury villa inspired by the atmosphere of Mediterranean coastal living.

The clients dreamed of bringing the emotional warmth and relaxed elegance of Southern Europe into their everyday life in Poland. The challenge was not simply to redesign the interiors, but to completely elevate the perception, identity and value of the property through architecture, atmosphere and strategic transformation.

The project included a full redesign of the interiors, façade and outdoor architectural language, transforming the residence into a cohesive lifestyle experience inspired by boutique luxury hotels on the Mediterranean coast.

At the heart of the villa stands a dramatic double-height living space crowned by an impressive ceiling extending across two levels. Suspended above it, a glass-box office overlooks the central living area — creating a sculptural architectural moment while allowing natural light to flow throughout the home.

The interior palette was intentionally designed around soft earth tones, beige stone, textured marble, warm woods and Mediterranean-inspired materials that evoke memories of seaside retreats and timeless southern elegance. A sculptural olive tree placed within the main living area became a symbolic centerpiece of the residence — reinforcing the emotional connection to Mediterranean landscapes and slower, sensory-focused living.

Large-scale glazing dissolves the boundary between architecture and nature, allowing the villa to become deeply connected to the surrounding pine forest and natural landscape. Throughout the project, layered textures of stone, marble, wood and soft textiles create a tactile atmosphere balancing luxury with warmth and calmness.

Integrated LED lighting systems were carefully designed both inside and outside the villa to emphasize architectural lines, material depth and modern detailing while creating subtle mood-driven atmospheres during evening hours.

One of the most transformative aspects of the project was the complete rethinking of the bedroom layouts. Each bedroom was redesigned as an independent master suite with its own private bathroom and dressing area — significantly elevating both the lifestyle quality and the investment positioning of the property within the premium residential market.

Hidden beneath the residence, a fully integrated wellness level was designed as a private luxury retreat featuring an indoor swimming pool, sauna, fitness area, wine cellar and intimate cocktail bar — bringing the experience of a five-star resort into the privacy of the home.

Brass accents, decorative lighting and carefully curated details were introduced throughout the interiors almost like jewelry within the architecture — adding sophistication, softness and timeless elegance without excess.

More than a renovation, the project became a strategic repositioning of the property into a highly desirable premium villa where architecture, psychology, hospitality and investment thinking converge into one immersive residential experience.
